The primary responsibility of the Business Office Manager is to maintain accounts payable, payroll, payroll records and taxes, bank deposits, coordinate accounts receivable with reimbursement manager, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as documented for balance sheets, profit and loss statements, various tax returns and cost reimbursement reports and financial(s) reports to financial institution, state and federal agencies.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Typing and telephone skills use of calculators, computers, adding machine, familiarity with chart of accounts, basic bookkeeping skills, tax reports, financial reports, government agencies that relate to finances, (Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Services), and W-2, W-4, 1099 form and 941 quarterly payroll tax reports.
COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Continuous speaking to individuals.
2. Occasional addressing small groups.
3. Occasional addressing large groups.
4. Continuous reading printed materials.
5. Continuous reading handwritten materials.
6. Continuous working from computer display.
7. Occasional creating short memos and document
Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
