SkyGrid is looking for a self-assured Systems Administrator to oversee the company's information technology system. The ideal candidate will have experience managing endpoints, exude strong troubleshooting ability, and be comfortable managing general networking needs. Performance Objectives: 

• Successfully transfer IT systems service department from parent company 

• Improve internal organizational procedures for issued equipment inventory and licenses tracking 

• Facilitate functionality improvements in overall IT system management

Responsibilities 

• Configure and manage employee hardware and accounts for onboarding and offboarding employees

• Support and service conference room equipment

• Manage and ensure security for various SaaS providers (e.g. O365, Zoom, Samanage, VPN) 

• Manage on premise hardware (e.g. Firewall, Switches, Access Points) 

• Troubleshooting and identification of root cause as issues arise 

• Soley manage internal employee IT ticket issues 

 Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP and Networking 

• Strong troubleshooting skills 

• General knowledge of public cloud concepts 

• Solid written and verbal communication 

• Must be collaborative, eager to learn and self-driven. 

• Go with the flow attitude and flexibility 

 Nice to have 

• Scripting for automation (e.g. Powershell or Python) and working with API endpoints 

• Startup Experience

• Apple Business Manager knowledge
