We’re looking for a People Systems Leader to join the Skydio team to help us architect and build our People Systems. In November of 2021, Skydio began an overhaul of their overall People Systems to take us from 300 employees to 1,000 over the next few years. Workday is at the center of our People Systems stack and went live in December 2022. With this transformative project being a key priority for the Skydio organization, we are looking for someone to work closely with People Operations, Finance, Leadership and other internal partners utilizing your expertise, creativity and innovation to collaboratively implement the overall Workday solution. Our goal is to have an integrated People Systems ecosystem to deliver solutions that efficiently support our business processes and organizational programs.

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $124,950 - $200,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
*For some positions the pay may be dependent upon the individual's regional location.
