Role Description:

The Customer Success Representative role is responsible for the real time support of customers via Phone Calls, Emails, Support Tickets and Live Chat. The primary focus of this role is to fulfill first receipt of customer inquiries adequately and to the customer's satisfaction, enter all customer orders, and always offer exceptional and timely service to their requests. With the primary focus in mind, the objective of this role is to increase customer acquisitions daily, and continuously improve customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; responding promptly to customer inquiries, regular check-ins with key customer accounts (assigned or unassigned), updating order status and promptly resolving customer issues in collaboration with Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

  • Studiously engage in required training sessions and proactively seek out areas to improve your skills and job knowledge. Willingly participate in procedure updates as needed or as requested.
  • Accurately enter customer information and orders into databases as updates are received.
  • Close new accounts by answering telephone, live chat, CRM follow-ups, and e-mail inquiries.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channels for further development and closure.
  • Demonstrate superb verbal and written communication while effectively handling a variety of tasks and projects.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities whenever necessary.
  • Work closely with customer service and related departments to ensure customer issues are effectively and promptly resolved for all customers.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and individual or team goals for the upcoming week. Report your performance outlook honestly, and demonstrate professional accountability.
