Essential Job Functions:

• This role is in person, 5 days a week (including Saturday), typically between 6:00am – 3:00pm
• Requires occasional communication outside of office hours

Team Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, coach and supervise a team of warehouse personnel and drivers, to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Order Fulfillment:

• Ensure customer orders are transferred to the office for the beginning of the next shift
• Organize warehouse staff for efficient picking of daily orders
• Oversee the accurate and timely picking of customer orders
• Coordinate with other team members to prioritize and fulfill orders based on customer requirements
• Oversee loading of trucks and getting drivers out for delivery in timely manner
• Efficiently plan delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel costs and time on the road

Inventory Maintenance:

• Ensure products are rotated on a daily basis to ensure the freshness and integrity of all produce items
• Manage execution of monthly produce inventory

Warehouse/Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks and coolers, are well-maintained and in good working condition
• Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse
• Ensure warehouse supplies are maintained at adequate levels to avoid business interruption

Fleet Management:

• Coordinate with leasing company to ensure delivery vehicles are properly maintained and serviced

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of produce items.

Additional tasks/duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish
• Experience with Inventory management programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse environment
• Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to the company’s values and ethics
• Occasionally lift 55 lbs, without assistance
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, sit, keyboard and perform a variety of other physical functions
• Foster clear and effective communication channels between warehouse staff, management, and other departments.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
