SitelogIQ is Hiring a Director of Finance Near Harrisburg, PA

SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing company focused on making buildings better. We provide planning, design, and management solutions for organizations that want efficient and sustainable building environments that are healthier and safer for their occupants.

The Director of Finance position reports to the CFO. The candidate will be the finance lead for SitelogIQ’s Northeast business unit with some accounting process responsibility. The role will focus on business support and forecasting discipline. Experience in the construction industry and the construction process is required. Hybrid opportunity working 3 days in office.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing an active cadence of business unit forecasting leveraging the ERP and Project Management systems as inputs
  • Assist project managers and management with project reviews including estimates and activity tracking
  • Create and adopt routine reporting processes for all aspects of the financial position for the business unit
  • Review balance sheet and income statement variance analysis for internal and external reporting
  • Assist in supervising and providing guidance to existing business unit accounting staff
  • Deliver various ad hoc tasks and analyses as requested by the business unit and finance leadership
  • Work with project accounting and project managers to ensure projects are billed on time
  • Manage and review project forecasts with project analyst team and project managers
  • Evaluate project results and report project performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
  • 8 years of experience in the performance of the key responsibilities listed in the description
  • Work experience with controls principles relating to budgeting, tracking of actual/committed costs, change control and forecasting, and financial principles
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience/knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience with Procore software is desirable, not required.
  • Occasional domestic travel as needed
