JOB SUMMARY:
The Practice Manager partners with clinician leaders, administrative leadership team, billing team and various support departments to create a practice environment and system operations to drive quality service toward key indicators of patient satisfaction, provider satisfaction as well as financial goals and revenue cycle management. This includes developing and managing systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness in access to care, care coordination, meaningful systems engagement (EMR, telehealth and patient engagement platforms and otherwise), patient engagement, employee engagement, quality of care, and other initiatives as identified by the department leadership and administrative leadership team.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field OR a combination of some college and healthcare practice management experience. Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience in managing others and the ability to provide leadership, direction/delegation and effective oversight/feedback to patient-facing staff who manage patient workflows and are key communicators with referring providers, patients and other community partners.
· Ability to develop, implement, monitor and make necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness of policies and procedures in a fast-paced environment; ability to adapt to changes and new challenges as they arise.
· Strong financial, analytical and statistical skills
· Self-directed; works independently with minimal supervision
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office and advanced knowledge of practice management system (Super User) and experience with various EMRs
· Excellent attention to detail and follow through
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Embraces a family-centered approach and excellence customer service
· Effective collaborator and communicator
· Knowledge of all regulatory requirements including but not limited to HIPAA and Security Rule
Requirements
· Ability to work collaboratively with operations and clinical leaders to achieve Peds Center goals and objectives
· Demonstrate knowledge of payor and hospital credentialing
