SIRRI ARIZONA is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Tempe, AZ

Administrative Assistant (Office Assistant)- 15-25 hours per week

$16 - $20 per hour

Our clinic is dedicated to building stronger neurological and developmental foundations for children and adults.

We use the most innovative and drug-free technology available to improve an individual's overall function and independence. We are a small family-owned business located in Tempe, Arizona.

Ideal candidate for this position should be an energetic self- starter who can work efficiently with attention to detail, with minimal supervision, highly motivated, punctual and well organized. Must be able to multi-task, and work well with others. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

What an Office Assistant does at SIRRI AZ:

- Greets visitors, checks in participants, and schedules appointments

- Schedule new participants and follow up appointments

- Handling money transactions including setting up payments plans and tracking monthly billing

- New clients –ensuring all documentation is complete, drafting financial agreements, making client charts

- Verify client’s demographics (address, phone number, appointment reminders, guardians, e-mail address)

- Answer phones and check voicemails on designated inbox

- Call late/no show clients after 5 minutes of their scheduled appointment time

- Opening procedures (unlock front door, music is playing)

- Dust/wipe down countertop surfaces, including waiting areas, common areas throughout office and clean glass windows on office doors)

- Closing procedures (ensure cleanliness throughout the office and receptionist spaces, and ensure all doors are locked prior to leaving premises)

- Provides general information to participants and families.

- Opens and sorts all incoming mail

- Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies

- Respects confidentiality of participant information

We are looking for someone to work 15-25 hours per week Monday through Thursday. Schedule is flexible but ideally wanting a candidate to be here 11:00am - 4:00pm, 4 days per week. This role will have Fri, Sat, Sun off.

Requirements for This Position:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous administrative support or receptionist experience preferred

Valid driver's license

Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
