Who we are looking forWe are looking for a reliable and experienced senior UX researcher with proven experience conducting usability tests on designs at multiple stages of the product design process. For now, this is a part-time opportunity, but if we find the right person it could become a permanent full-time position.
Primary requirements

• 3 years full-time professional experience working for a professional services company / agency
• Demonstrated ability to produce user-flows, wireframes, visual designs and clickable prototypes for mobile apps across multiple devices
• Experience working in sprints with agile teams

Qualifications and skills

• 3 years experience in applied product research and design
• Experience performing both moderated and unmoderated user testing
• Ability to use design tools to visualize your findings into compelling presentations (i.e. personas, journey maps, etc.)
• Knowledge of quantitative, statistical concepts and behavioral analysis
• Ability to formulate, ask - as well as answer - meaningful and impactful questions
• Ability to design and conduct quantitative research, such as surveying (questionnaire design, sampling, analysis)
• Ability to design and conduct qualitative and formative research, such as user interviews, user testing observations, and focus groups
• Ability to break down complex analysis into concise results and actionable insights for a lay (or non-technical) audience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
