As our Benefits Specialist Case Manager, you start your day by reviewing client information and answering questions about benefits programs. Throughout the day, you coordinate with clients and guide them through the application process for healthcare, social assistance, and other essential benefits. Your expertise in government benefits will shine as you assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and connecting them with appropriate services. The minimum requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of working experience
• Extensive experience with government benefits and enrollment processes
