Nestl Purina has a proud presence in this mile-high city, having been in operation since 1930. Its first 42 years in operation were primarily to produce livestock feed until the plant transitioned into a pet food-only manufacturer in 1972. Since then, the location became the first-ever pet food factory to utilize solar energy. To date, were proud to sustainably produce 260,134 tons annually of Dog Chow, Cat Chow, Kit n Kaboodle, Alpo, Beneful, Nestl Purina ONE Beyond, Nestl Purina ONE and Pro Plan.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving and production needs. You will direct staff to achieve a high level of productivity and sanitation while striving to meet established safety standards and budget requirements. You are a leader who understands warehouse operations and the importance of effective communication and organization within the dynamic manufacturing environment.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Communicate daily with the warehouse team, guard team, hostling team, other team leaders, transportation, mole operators, production, packing and operations planning.

* Review individual performance of subordinates and conduct monthly reviews and counseling sessions as needed.

* Work directly with mole operator and warehouse coordinators to achieve established on time and fill rate goals.

* Interact with various warehouse management systems and applications (such as SAP, eWM, WCS, PINC, PowerBI, Redzone, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office to monitor the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse.

* Foster a safe work environment.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

* 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, military or related environment

* Must be willing to work a Weekend Warrior schedule

This position has a minimum salary of $65,398. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidates qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
