simPRO Software is Hiring a Demand Generation Manager Near Broomfield, CO

simPRO is looking for a savvy and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our global marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of paid media advertising including budgeting, forecasting, strategy and planning, audience targeting, building of campaigns, ad copywriting, A/B testing, negative keyword management, bidding management and optimizations to ensure the best possible ROI and exceed monthly lead goals. You will create and maintain forecasts, performance dashboards and reporting.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will help drive the next phase of growth for simPRO. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join an established, employee-friendly, global company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage global paid media campaigns and budgets across all Paid Media channels: Google, Capterra, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Programmatic Display, OTT, etc.
  • Scale existing channels and find new channels to make sure each market can reach maximum potential
  • Continually optimize the performance of paid search and paid social campaigns to make the most of ad budgets and ROAS
  • Maintain and monitor keyword lists, bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression shares, quality scores and other important account metrics
  • Develop strategic, creative paid advertising campaigns that accelerate lead generation and brand awareness
  • Examine landing pages for relevance and quality; make recommendations for design and SEO optimizations
  • Communicate ongoing insights into campaign performance to the team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) techniques and best practices
  • Manage relationships with search engines technology partners, while staying on top of the latest industry trends
  • Perform data analysis to ensure that paid media is driving quality leads into the sales funnel

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5 years PPC experience (Google, Bing, etc.) Google certifications a plus
  • Experience managing Social Media Advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to performance KPI goals
  • Experience in Google Analytics and SEMrush 
  • Experienced in lead generation. B2B SaaS experience is a huge plus.
  • Data oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation technologies, previous use of Salesforce and Pardot a plus
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Good communicator with the ability to work constructively with a diverse group of people, attitudes, and expectations
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, personal responsibility and ownership
  • Effective time manager with ability to execute on multiple projects with competing priorities
