The Opportunity

Simpplr is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our global team! This role is 100% remote and is temp hire contracted for 3-6 months.

Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Working as an Individual contributor for designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience 
  • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles 
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met 
  • Exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, salary negotiation, offer generation, background/reference check and pre-onboarding.
  • Advise stakehodlers, and collaborate with HR, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition team members to create consensus-based hiring outcomes
  • Generate an extensive network of high-value sales talent within target industries and vertical markets
  • Develop data-supported appraisals of competitive landscape and use them to create immediate and long-term sales talent pipelines Create connected candidate experiences as a trusted advisor to high-value sales talent
  • Provide a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Anticipate hiring needs by continuously nurturing relationships with top prospects and building pipelines of high-caliber candidates
  • Keeps current on tools and best practices related to recruiting, sourcing and ways to raise the bar on our process and efficiency
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process from end to end.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline resulting in a high offer acceptance

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

  • 4 years of end to end technical recruiting experience 
  • Experience recruiting junior Engineers to leadership level roles
  • Community Building and Management - Identify & onboard Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in the product technology hiring space
  • Currently hiring on the latest technology stack: React/Node./Full Stack and Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Managers etc
  • Working experience on applicant tracking system - Greenhouse preferred
