We’re embracing a hybrid work model that enables our teams to split their time between office and home. Hybrid for us means we expect our teams to come together in our state-of-the-art office on two core days, typically Tuesday and Wednesday, working together in person and choose where they work for the remainder of the week. What You'll Do:

• Assist senior designers with projects across the business, mainly in a production capacity (versioning templated work, color correction, resizing, optimization projects, etc.)
• Take feedback as needed to sharpen your skills.
• Understand project briefs and requirements.
• Produce concept drafts and prototypes against brief.
• Adapt existing artwork to alternative layouts and/or formats.
• Help with final files, ensuring they meet print and web standards, such as color, typography and image guidelines. 
• Finalize, manage and archive accurate artwork files and supply to relevant stakeholders
• Amp up your analytical approach to impactful creative/ design
• Make timely decisions.
• Protect and build on SimpliSafe’s brand identity and unique, ownable, and educational tone of voice. 
• Be aware of current design trends.
• Good to have: Motion graphics

What You'll Need:

• A formal Design Degree or relevant work experience
• 1 years of design experience preferably in ecommerce and marketing with a brand team or an agency.
• Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Conceptual skills (with humor and a conversational tone)
• Use your skill, experience and passion for design to evolve and hone our brand identity
• Create intuitive, efficient, and delightful experiences for customers
• Design for paid/organic social, print, packaging, brand activations and video.
• Collaborate with Copywriters and client partners.
• Work autonomously but definitely part of a team.
• Ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, organized and disciplined and above all - hungry.
• Be good at what you do and be someone who others enjoy working with.
