Job Summary

SimpliGov is looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager for post-product development marketing efforts who will drive awareness, demand, and enablement for the SimpliGov Automation Platform. The Project Marketing Manager will work across functional groups to drive campaign messaging, product launches, sales enablement initiatives, and other go-to-market programs.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with sales and product teams to develop key product messaging and value propositions to be used across media and customer engagement channels.
• Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
• Empower sales and customer success to communicate product and release announcements
• Partner closely with product and market strategy to gain a deep understanding of product vision and upcoming functionality and determine how best to communicate to our customers
• Build product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media
• Proactively identify customers' stories and help bring them to life for use in SimpliGov case studies & new platform use cases
• Create content (e.g., thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of the SimpliGov platform
• Conduct market analysis to obtain an understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
• Create sales collateral and tools that articulate the benefits of the SimpliGov Platform and align with the buying process to help move prospects through the sales cycle
• Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
• Identify success metrics for assets and activities, and drive regular communication on progress with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5 years in product marketing experience; demonstrated success communicating and championing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
• Proven track record of executing successful product launches
• Excellent skills in creating differentiated product positioning and company messaging
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging, and a persuasive writing style.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence across functions.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work in highly independent environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels.
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree, Advanced degree a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$2000,000 benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
