Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a variety of revenue-driven digital marketing programs. This is an opportunity for a high-energy, detail-orientated, and creative individual to work cross-functionally among marketing and content peers and develop impactful marketing campaigns dedicated to meeting the needs of healthcare employees.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Convert strategy and marketing goals into compelling content marketing and promotional material by developing concise and engaging content for a variety of marketing campaigns
• Manage, organize, and facilitate execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Partner cross-functionally to develop content and ensure smooth product development/rollout and audience growth
• Analyze ROI on marketing tactics and refine promotional plans on a continuous basis
• Track social media analytics and expenses to ensure budgetary goals are met

The Individual:

• Experience with Facebook Ads manager, LinkedIn Ads Managers Canva, and social media planning tools
• Experience in B2B and/or product marketing preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of marketing experience
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
