JOB SUMMARY:

As part of the Admin Organization, the HR Coordinator is an early-career professional, who under the supervision and direction of the Director of HR, will work on a combination of personal projects and team support for the many ways Simpleview engages with employees and external guests. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for data entry & systems management for the HR department, as well as other clerical duties as needed. This position will support Talent Acquisition and Development administrative tasks and programs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Greeting guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
  •  Answering phones and redirecting to appropriate contact/voicemail
  •  Shipping and receiving of, but not limited to: packages, accounting mail, company
    newsletters and tradeshow containers either via FedEx, UPS or USPS
  •  Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records, ensuring
    they are organized and maintained in the appropriate locations
  •  Lead the team with data entry, mining, and audit
  •  Systems management, including but not limited to: ADP, Concur and 15Five
  •  Provides full life cycle support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist
  •  Assist with pre-screening applicants via phone and email
  •  Schedule telephone screenings, and face to face interviews, and manage
    interview agendas for both applicants and interviewers
  •  Serves as a friendly and dependable point of contact to candidates who may
    have questions or concerns and is able to direct them to the appropriate parties
    for further assistance
  •  Assist with related administrative tasks, such as but not limited to:
  • job description maintenance, job postings and JazzHR support
  •  Conducts or assists with new hire orientation
  •  Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide
    meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations
  • Assist the rest of the Admin organization with special projects and various administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR
  • Proficiency with core office tech and software (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  •  Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications
  • Helpful, optimistic personality that holds strong in the face of multi-tasking and teamwork
  • Equal comfort with taking direction and running the ball, knowing when to self-start and when to get guidance
  •  Composure and confidentiality required
  •  Organization and attention to detail
  •  Accurate, quality, and timely task completion
     Ability to work with and support multiple team members
  • Able to perform light lifting (15 lbs)
