Simon is looking for a capable and versatile finance leader to run our finance function. You’ll report to the SVP of Business Development and Finance and partner with them to design and execute a strategy that uses the finance function to best support the wider business and business outcomes. In this position, you will work closely with the executive team and our functional leaders.
You’ll lead a small and agile finance team and be responsible for all day-to-day financial activities of the business. You won’t be starting from scratch, but there will be the opportunity to accelerate and improve processes and outcomes in a high-growth environment. You will inherit an extensive set of existing policies, practices, workflows, systems, and tools, with the ability to direct our go-forward approach in both our finance and accounting functions, and grow the functions accordingly.
What you’ll do
In compliance with the state and city salary transparency requirements, the potential salary for this position is from $175 to $225 which represents a range commensurate with experience.
