General Summary of Job Duties
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
· Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton standards.
· Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
· Evaluate current market conditions, pace and pickup, special events (both at Silverton and in the market), along with past historical hotel performance and any other data that may be available.Effectively utilize this information to provide documented reports and recommendations for room rates at the various properties.
· Maintain an effective and productive working relationship with all departments. Understand the duties and functions of other departments, and how they affect or interact with the Revenue management position.
· Consult with senior department management and follow their directives.
· Provide documented recommendations for wholesale rate adjustments.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining hotel reports that are utilized to maximize yield, as directed by the President.
· Maintain open communication with all departments to ensure proper and on-going communication.
· Document and notify senior management of any problems that may impact or jeopardize the achievement of current and future departmental objectives.
· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience, preferred.
