Silverthorn Animal Clinic is Hiring a Veterinary Client Service Representative Near Spring Hill, FL

Silverthorn Animal Clinic of Spring Hill , FL. is currently seeking a highly motivated Veterinary Receptionist to join our staff on a Full-Time basis. Candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, high call volume, able to maintain professionalism, provide exceptional customer service, Veterinary Assistant Skills and possess strong communication skills.The ideal candidate must be experienced with veterinary knowledge and veterinary reception skills for at least 2 years, friendly, love animals and work well under pressure, high volume, and as part of the team. Cornerstone software experience is a plus but not required training will be provided.

Responsibilities are required:

*Answering multiple phones lines while checking in and out clients

*Direct communication with clients

*A general knowledge of animal and preventative care

*Booking appointments and scheduling for the day

*Input of charges/retail

*Invoicing clients

*Setting Reminders

*Quality Control in Files

*Filing charts daily

*Approving online pharmacy requests

*Taking messages/prescription requests for the doctors

*Computer skills

*Scanning and filing charts daily

*Running end of day reports and closing protocols

*Invoicing and handling transactions

* Proper Restraint for Technicians and Veterinarians

*Filling Prescriptions

* Patient Intake

*Triage Patients

* Proper Sanitation Procedures

Cornerstone experience is a plus. must be able to work every other Saturday rotation.

Experience in the veterinary field is required for at least two years.
