We have an exciting new role for an on-site Director of IT for Silverstone Living headquartered in Nashua, NH. As a hands-on Director, this position is responsible for all technology hardware and software across Silverstone Living, and for ensuring the compliance and security of network(s) and data within the system. The Director will also provide support and assistance to end users as needed to resolve issues. Is also responsible to manage the development, evaluation, coordination, and implementation of future IT and technology initiatives that support the overall mission and objectives of Silverstone Living and its affiliates.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and continuous management of information security policies, procedures, and technical systems and diagrams to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all organizational information systems. These systems include (this is not an all-inclusive list):
- Network
- Applications (on-premises and cloud-based)
- Phone System(s) and e911 application
- Copiers (both owned and leased)
- Desktops & Laptops
- Printers (networked and desktop)
- Resident Communications Applications
- As it relates to IT and HIPAA, responsible to develop compliance and manage all aspects of security risk and the security policies of the IT infrastructure utilizing industry appropriate standards, such as NIST, perform annual Security Risk Assessments, and establish routine breach testing to validate effectiveness.
- Develop Disaster Recovery Plan(s) and update annually.
- Responsible to manage IT support vendor(s) ensuring they meet industry security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Review annual SOC reports from service providers for identified issues or concerns.
- Develop and maintain a hardware and software inventory system that tracks serial/license numbers, warranty and support, as well as end-of-life disposition in a manner that is industry compliant.
- Identify appropriate hardware for agency use and standardize as appropriate. Set up new hardware and applications to meet user’s needs.
- Assist end users (and periodically residents) with hardware or software issues. Track specifics to help establish trends and develop strategies to address in the future.
- Coordinate with service vendors and communicate to end-users of planned down-time.
- Maintaining and updating network and application access for new and terminated users.
- Identify, implement, and manage online security training modules for users accessing network.
- Encourage and maintain productive inter-departmental relationships through collaborative communication, leadership, and end-to-end problem solving.
- Attend meetings at various locations as required.
- Participate in all mandatory in-service education.
- Individual responsibility for self-safety and that of immediate work environment.
- Performs special projects, reports and other duties as assigned.
- 4-Yr. Degree with concentration in Information Technology required. Degree in Business Administration a plus.
- At least 5 years’ experience in progressive IT leadership roles.
- Prior experience in CCRC, SNF and/or healthcare setting a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory guidelines as they pertain to information security.
- Solid record of information services leadership with focus on user satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with project management experience.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines for self and others.
- Excellent communication skills with all residents, families and coworkers.
- Ability to travel between three locations including Nashua, NH and the NH Seacoast.
