Primary Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain technology that delights resort guests and team members; lead the development and execution of all IT-related projects, prioritizing and accomplishing tasks that improve the customer experience; develop, manage and maintain capital & operating budgets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for technology issue communication and resolution, following up with onsite and third-party resources to ensure that problems are correctly reported, routed, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide hands-on support to users of technology with a focus on delivering superb customer service; troubleshoot PMS, POS, and other hospitality system issues; set up and configure workstation and network hardware/software, along with user access to applications, printers, email, mobile devices, and phone/video-conferencing systems.
• Acquire and maintain inventory of property-based hardware and software; ensure that computer and network operations are monitored, operating and application systems are updated, and backup/recovery functions are performed on a regularly-scheduled basis.

Required Qualifications

• College degree in a related field or relevant certifications
• Experienced in network and workstation configuration and support; hospitality systems experience (PMS, POS, etc.) preferred
• Solid verbal and written skills with ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and technology vendors
• Attention to detail with ability to prioritize, track, and resolve multiple concurrent support requests in a time-efficient manner
• Available for after-hours emergency direction or support, as needed
