Overview
Signet Health is working with Vista Taos, an accredited drug and alcohol addiction treatment facility located in El Prado, NM, actively interviewing qualified applicants for the Executive Director position.
This position offers a market-competitive salary with an excellent benefits package.
The Executive Director provides both clinical supervision, guidance, and overall operational responsibility for this 12-step based program. This position also provides quality measures, employee relations management, and knowledge of the latest trends for delivering holistic treatment models. Collaboration is in junction with the marketing team to expand admissions, and working with diverse populations.
Requirements/Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work, i.e. LCSW with licensure in New Mexico (preferred).
- 5 years leadership experience in substance abuse programs and managing a freestanding addiction treatment facility.
Hospital/Program Description
Vista Taos, located in El Prado (The Meadow) is a residential and outpatient holistic addiction treatment program. Using fully individualized and evidence-based treatment plans, we help our patients find recovery.
El Prado, NM is close to Taos Ski Valley, a world-class ski resort and Taos Pueblo, a World Heritage Site with one of the most photographed and iconic churches.
