We are looking for a Medical Assistant to work in our Urgent Care clinic. The right candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and direct patient care activities, and will have experience working with patients of all ages. We're interested in hiring individuals who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, who can multitask and who enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain medical records.
• Blood draws, Injections, Procedure Tray Set Up, Triage. Inventory.
• Ideally have experience in urgent care and familiar with ECW.
• Have knowledge of medical terminology.
• Understand the purposes and duties of medical tools and instruments.
• Communicate with other medical staff members.
• Be aware of patient rights and confidentiality.
• Front Desk and DOT Physical & UDS and IV Fluids Experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
