Signalink, Inc. is Hiring a Program Integrator Near Redstone Arsenal, AL

Signalink is looking for a Program Integrator to serve as an integral member of a team of government, military, and contractor personnel that provides programmatic, logistical, and technical support in an Army Project Office.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide experience demonstrating program integration and scheduling expertise in the areas of program management consistent with DoDI 5000.01 and DoDI 5000.02.
  • Additionally, develop, advise, and review acquisition strategies, plans and schedules to accomplish program objectives and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and consolidate team inputs from integrated product team members in support of program recommendations, reviews, and written drafts of program plans.
  • Prepare, coordinate and staff program decision documents at senior Army Staff levels.
  • Coordinate, participate, and document integrated product team meetings, assembled to address programmatic, engineering, logistical, or contractual issues that pose risks to the program’s performance, budget, and schedule.
  • May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • 10 years of program integration, acquisition, budget, and/or program management experience in a government or contractor setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Working knowledge of an Army Project Office
  • Up to 10% travel
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance at the secret level

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in multiple program offices is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with internal, external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
