Responsibilities

• Monitoring the residents, guests and surroundings activities.

• Locking up pools, clubhouses, and access doors. 

• Conducting incident and site reports throughout shift.

• Respond to alerts of suspicious activity.

• Walking properties to ensure sites are safe and secure.
