Consumer Insights Analyst

The Consumer Insights Analyst will gather, organize, analyze, visualize, and communicate data identifying trends and providing insights for efforts relating to business, marketing, and creative development; helping to answer questions and inform decisions.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the Director of Business Development and other key leaders to define metrics and identify needs for analysis.
• Source data and structure large data sets to find usable information. Analyze data for patterns and trends and effectively communicate findings.
• Visualize data by designing reports that effectively tell a story. 
• Help establish standardized reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Maintain and distribute regular reporting and dashboard tracking of all revenue channels, including Ticketing, Retail, Films, and Sight & Sound TV  sales.
• Assist with pricing analytics, revenue projections, and customer trends.
• Support the analysis of customer journeys, segments, engagement, and transactional data.  Conduct research and data mining projects and communicate findings.
• Manage tracking and reporting on customer surveys, interpret findings and present results in a way that brings customer feedback to life.
• Analyze marketing insights and advertising results to help measure campaign effectiveness and adjust marketing plan efforts to maximize results.

Prerequisites:

• Proven data analytics experience.
• Highly analytical with the ability to think conceptually
• Passion for researching information and translating data to help inform business decisions
• Technical expertise and high attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of data
