Sift is Hiring a Remote Director, Revenue Operations

Sift is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations leader who will establish a scalable, global process to drive long-term growth.

As the Director of Revenue operations, you will be responsible for developing intelligence across the revenue funnel, implementing performance metrics, and improving the systems, processes, and data. You will work collaboratively with our sales operations team, and finance team to create and streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and share learnings and best practices. 

We are looking for someone who is strategic, highly analytical, consultative, tactical, and driven with an eye toward critical thinking and problem-solving. This is a key leadership position that will work cross-functionally on operational and strategic initiatives to help us reach our growth goals. 

What You'll Do:

  • Establish metrics and visibility to understand the entire customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close and account development to monitor, analyze, forecast, and plan for the financial health of business

  • Lead analysis through reports/dashboards to identify roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision-making and investment

  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement

  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives and link strategy to operations by partnering with key business partners including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance, and eliminating silos.

  • Oversee/manage day-to-day operations such as forecasting, reporting, territory mapping, quota setting, and CRM management

  • Engage with customer success to pursue upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities

Your knowledge and expertise: 

  • 8 years of Revenue Operations experience in fast growth, B2B Software/SaaS environment
  • Effective and decisive under pressure 
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales/marketing/customer service/product teams, operations specialists, and senior leadership
  • Understand consultative selling (how decisions are made, who makes them, how to reach them, uncover their needs, and articulate the benefits of the product to them)
  • Established processes and have driven significant change within organization

Nice to have (or excited to learn): 

  • Understanding of fraud prevention/security space
