POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Manager is responsible for meeting an appropriate sales goal from a group of “key” accounts, known as a “territory”. It is the Account Manager’s responsibility to develop and maintain a close working relationship between the customer and Sierra Proto Express (as a preferred vendor).

Sierra Circuits has been in business for 30 years, servicing top clients such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Autonomous vehicles market, as well as companies in Aerospace industries. All our manufacturing is done here in Silicon Valley. Our sales are rapidly growing and we need talented Account Managers to find, grow, and retain great Clients. We are looking for energetic, team players, who have a passion for high tech sales and servicing customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for an account base with sales goal associated to the portfolio.
• Acquire new customers based on various technologies and market segments and hit growth targets
• Responsible for making strategic judgment about understanding each individual account’s needs and servicing to meet those needs
• Creating and administrating an account retention program for each individual account
• Maintaining a high level of customer loyalty with each account through excellent service
• Educating the customers about our new technologies
• Assisting in on-line events
• Responsible for maintaining a 90% customer satisfaction rating with each account
• Maintain a high level of quality work regarding processing of orders, resolving customer service issues, and communicating with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• To be successful in this role, you would need to be organized, detailed oriented, understand the customer goals and requirements and be able to perform in a demanding environment. Understanding the technology of the customer’s designs is also essential.

• College Degree, plus 2 years related work experience. Physics, mathematics, science majors preferred
• Bilingual candidates preferred

SIERRA’S TRAINING:

• Sierra will provide technical training in order to sell Design, FAB, and Assembly services to top tier clients
• Sierra will provide basic sales training techniques for our industry
