- Analyze, report, and connect marketing data to show ROI and ROO
- Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
- Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
- Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
- Conduct consumer, market and competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
- Consult on segmentation for marketing programs to be more targeted and how to spend marketing budget most efficiently
- Develop consistent marketing dashboards, reporting templates, and KPIs across NAM and ensure data health
- Design and implement market and consumer surveys.
- Monitoring the efficacy of marketing trends through analytical tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
- 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics
- Expertise in Google Analytics and MS Excel
- Expertise with reporting tools and dashboard development
- Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask several projects effectively
- Operational and business acumen
- Ability to lead and motivate teams without authority
- Good communications and training skills
- Strong ability to work well in highly matrixed organization
