🦸 Your role in helping us achieve our mission

We’re looking for two passionate bilingual English and Spanish/French speaking Health Coaches, for our North American market, with knowledge in health or life coaching, to join our team at Sidekick as a contractor.

A Health Coach’s role is to coach users in Sidekick’s Programs. The Coach helps users meet their goals and gives feedback on their activity and progress.

Responsibilities

• Coaching users in the North American programs, helping them set and achieve their goals.
• Reviewing users’ activity and progress and giving them feedback.
• Providing feedback internally in order to improve programs and processes.
• Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams within Sidekick.

Soft Skills

• You have outstanding time management skills.
• You are able to work in a collaborative setting on simultaneous projects.
• You are generally a fun and positive person to be around.
• You are socially sensitive and skilled communicator.
• You are empathetic, encouraging, and positive in your coaching.
• You are able to shift between working in a collaborative team environment and working independently.

Hard Skills

• You are fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish or English and French.
• You have a university degree and a background in health-tech, behavioral economics, digital therapeutics, health coaching, or similar field.
• You have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• You are experienced in health or life coaching. 
• You have an understanding of how health coaching is best applied in order to incite behavior/habit change and achieve results.
• You have experience with technologically driven products.
