Overview and Essential Functions

Sibcy Cline Relocation Services (SCRS) is a leading third party provider of comprehensive global mobility programs for an industry-diverse roster of Fortune 1000 and 500 companies. SCRS has a 30 year history of combining high-touch client support with expert knowledge and competitive best practices regarding end-to-end relocation policies and processes.

The President of SCRS is responsible for driving business growth, fostering client relationships, following industry trends while focusing on operational excellence of the company. This role will work with a team of CRP, GMS, HHG and payroll administration.

Essential Functions

• Builds a long-term and sustainable strategy for revenue generation and growth including the identification, research and development of progressive/new services and programs. 
• Leads the development of business plans, metric management, go-to-market strategies.
• Oversees the infrastructure, processes and technology necessary to efficiently scale SCRS. 
• Accountable for a high-performing, results-oriented team that delivers a consistently exceptional client experience. 
• Explores evolving industry trends to ensure SCRS is recommending and benchmarking the latest and most competitive offerings.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with other industry leaders, outside partners and vendors.
• Onboards new corporate clients, developing relocation policies and processes including HR, recruiting, payroll, and accounting resources in the implementation.
• Develops year end and ad hoc reports for clients including data for relocation volume and cost as well as making recommendations.
• Resolves escalated client and transferee issues with home sales and purchases, other relocation issues and questions as they arise or may be anticipated by the team.
• Works collaboratively with all Sibcy Cline companies

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• 10 years’ experience in relocation/mobility services, with experience in leadership/management roles required
• CRP or GMS certification from ERC required
• Licensed real estate salesperson highly preferred
• Experience with the real estate transaction process highly preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database software
• Ability to travel to conferences, and client and industry meetings
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and develop others, and to motivate team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Ability to influence others, internally and externally, and serve as an ambassador of the Sibcy Cline family of companies.
• Ability to problem solve major, complex problems without precedent to draw upon is necessary.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
