The Opportunity: The Senior Product Manager is a leader within the product team at Shutterstock and is responsible for delivering a customer experience and feature set that delivers on essential business KPIs. We are looking to optimize our customer journeys to better convert and retain customers across a variety of cohorts. Additionally, we need to make strides toward delivering on our vision of becoming a one-stop platform where our customers can easily collaborate, ideate, create and distribute great content. The Senior Product Manager is dually responsible for working with key stakeholders (GM, Edit, Growth Leads) to set goals, and driving us to execution. The Senior Product Manager is collaborative in his/her approach to internal stakeholders, while simultaneously and vigorously championing the consumer experience. Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders across the company to bring the vision to life – ensuring requirements are clear and rational, making trade-offs as needed, and delivering a finished product that achieves its goals, on schedule. ● Establish requirements based on market trends, analytics and researched customer needs. ● Partner with our engineering teams to evolve our software and systems architecture to support a rapidly growing customer base across multiple countries and languages. ● Define and prioritize user stories and run the Agile planning and backlogs for your team ● Manage stakeholders in product, sales, marketing, and technology. ● Analyze and interpret key product and feature metrics to surface actionable insights and product requirements ● Collaborate with colleagues across the entire company including other product teams, marketing, sales, finance, legal, and the executive team to develop holistic customer experiences Qualifications: ● Data-driven customer centric approach toward product development. Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others. ● Experience in e-comm, payment platforms and backend processes are a plus. ● Ability to synthesize different points of view and present them as a unified plan. ● Ability to dive deep into the product, the business, and the competition. ● Empathy for our users and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving. ● Team orientation, working in a collaborative environment combined with an understanding of stakeholder disciplines. ● 3 years agile product management experience, MBA a plus. ● 7 years of overall product management experience #LI-Remote Shutterstock Principles We are one team collectively focused on creating an unrivaled experience for our Customers and Contributors.
