What we need: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our Talent Acquisition team by helping to create a positive and compelling candidate experience. Acting as a brand ambassador, this position will support our Talent Acquisition team and enable us to attract and hire the best talent for Shutterstock. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support and execution in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, communicating and coordinating with candidates. This role will assist in providing data driven insights by leveraging social media channels, the latest employment trends and output from our applicant tracking system. They will help coordinate events such as job fairs, professional social networking and DEI events that support overall business initiatives and programs. Responsibilities: Provide best in class experience for Shutterstock candidates including candidate outreach, scheduling, follow-up and virtual or on-site interviews. Provide candidate sourcing, leveraging AI tools and LinkedIn to create robust pipelines Proactively communicate with candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep them informed on the interview process Ensure accurate data is consistently entered in the Applicant Tracking System, Reports and Sales Onboarding classes Build rapport with hiring managers and administrative support staff to coordinate interviews Trouble-shoot and resolve day to day issues that may arrive during the recruitment process Research, identify and provide insights that support best practices and trends on all aspects of talent attraction, diversity and inclusion, acquisition, and branding to support the execution of Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives Collect and compile Talent Acquisition metrics and data from a variety of sources including Workday Applicant Tracking system and key social media channels Assist with the execution of virtual talent acquisition and networking events Prepare reports and presentation materials What you’ll bring to the role: At least one year of relevant experience, prior experience supporting a recruiting function strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred Proficiency in Google Workspace Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
