The Opportunity: Shutterstock is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist who will report directly to the Global Accounts Payable Manager. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of various Accounts Payable functions, including maintaining the AP shared inbox, Customer Refunds and Ad hocs, high volume of supplier invoices, matching of invoices to receipts and New Supplier Onboarding. The ideal candidate will need to be nimble and be able to multi task these day-to-day tasks while building good business partner relationships. We currently process approximately 300 invoices and payments weekly. Responsibilities: Accurately review, code and process Supplier invoices Issue payments via ACH and Wire on banking platform Respond to Supplier and internal inquiries via Salesforce Reconcile Supplier Statements Enter all invoices into Workday accurately and in accordance with company policy/account codes (ensure mathematical accuracy and general compliance (Ex. Sales Tax, Service Periods and Prepaids). Setup and verify new supplier details using secure online onboarding process Maintaining Trackers and Spreadsheets Assist with Ad hoc tasks (Audits, Escheatment, 1099s) Qualifications: Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Responsive Understanding of Procure to pay process Flow Understanding of Accounts Payable Principles Good Listening and communication skills (Polished) Ability to meet Deadlines 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable with ERP system (Workday preferred) Experience with business online banking (Bank of America Merrill Lynch CashPro banking preferred) Proficiency in MS Office #LI-Hybrid #LI-AH1 Shutterstock Principles We are one team collectively focused on creating an unrivaled experience for our Customers and Contributors.
