The Internship
As a Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. accounting intern, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our team to help prepare tax forms, understand payroll processing and taxes including payroll tax reports, process client specific bookkeeping, and prepare financial statements, among other responsibilities. You will work in partnership with our team to perform research and analysis, and help turn findings into actionable solutions. During your internship you’ll be exposed to a variety of organizations and obtain an understanding of applicable accounting and tax implications for different clients.

We provide a full-range of accounting, tax, and consulting services to our clients. Our team members work collaboratively and apply their specialized knowledge and experience to help clients navigate complex tax and financial reporting issues.

What You Will Learn
Throughout the course of the internship program, you’ll receive formal and informal mentorship and training. Our internship program provides both the technical skills as well as critical professional behaviors, standards, and mindsets required to make the most of your internship. The program includes hands-on work. Beyond the training, you will work with talented professionals and have the chance to ask questions and gain valuable hands-on experience while working on client engagements.
