Print Production Associate

SHOUT is a family-owned business for 30 years. We started in 1991 with commercial printing and expanded in 2005 into large format printing, specializing in events, including dance floor wraps, wall wraps and collateral materials needed for weddings, bar mitzvahs and any special event. We are located in Flemington, New Jersey.

We are currently seeking a Print Production Associate who demonstrates enthusiasm, aptitude, strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn. They must be fast-learning, detail oriented, self-motivated and hard working. The successful candidate will have the desire to learn all aspects of the business so that they can grow as the business grows.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Managing production workflow; ensuring all jobs are completed on time while maximizing print production efficiency.
• Managing large format printing process after design which includes but is not limited to printing on large format printers, finishing on router or cutter, mounting and laminating to finished product. Must have mechanical ability.
• Additional duties may include assisting in shipping, processing orders, running mail lists, deliveries, etc.

Requirements

• Attention to detail is a must.
• Capable of laminating, mounting and trimming to exact specifications.
• Experience in printing on a variety of media and substrates, preferred but not required.
• Understanding of RIP software and color management a plus.
• Ability to lift 60 lb. media rolls and 4x8 substrates
