Short-Redmond Ford is searching for highly driven and professional Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team!
We are a family-owned team, and we focus on building relationships that last. That means relationships with our employees, our customers, and our community. We value our employees and invest in their success!
We are surpassing sales each month with an outstanding in-person and online presence and need additional outgoing motivated individuals that can help us with the customer demand! No previous experience required- just that sparkling outgoing personality! We’ll train you for the rest!
Monday- Saturday, closed Sundays and you get an additional day off during the week. Immediate openings for the RIGHT candidates that has can naturally connect with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Top priority- Greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Build relationships with customers and consistently work to build a referral base.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow up with sales leads.
- Generate repeat sales by calling previous customers.
- Communicate with customers and identify their needs.
- Perform test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing, and current incentives.
- Follow-up with customers
- Overcome objections and have fun!
Qualifications:
- No previous automotive sales required! We will train you!
- Hospitality, customer focused, and prior sales experience – definitely a plus!
- Prior military encouraged to apply!
- Natural ability to connect with customers and build relationships.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Professional and courteous phone voice as well as professional appearance.
- Stellar follow-up ability.
- Strong attendance record, punctuality, and great work ethic!

Potential Earning-
Our Top performer earned over $200k last year!
No less than $500 a week during training! On average, most of our sales team make between 10-12 sales a month! One of the highest and most consistent commissions in the industry!
