Full-time postition open for a Dining Services Director in our independant senior living community. Salary based on experience.

The Dining Director/Executive Chef manages the overall operation of the Dining Services Department. This position assists in maintaining a positive physical and social environment for the residents. We love serving our residents food they love in a warm and friendly home-like environment. The dining experience is a huge part of our day to day life at Shorewood!
- Must be formally trained in food service management or the culinary arts, or have equivalent experience in food service management or the culinary arts
- Capable of maintaining full time attendance
- At least one-year supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with elders, families, team members, vendors and the general public
- Must meet all health requirements, including TB
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the senior population
- All positions offer: 401(k) retirement fund after 90 days of employment with employer match after one year
- All positions offer: Time off programs based on hours worked that begin accruing immediately
- Full-time positions offer: Medical, Dental, Vision and Voluntary Benefit options available after 30 days of employment
