Shook's Philadelphia office has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Product Liability practice group. Focusing on all aspects of litigation, the chosen candidate will be responsible for document production, drafting pleadings, subpoenaing records, managing the discovery phase and other related duties.
As a candidate, you will stand out by possessing:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in all phases of litigation;
• Experience managing discovery and eDiscovery;
• A willingness to share knowledge and collaborate;
• Strong attention-to-detail demonstrated by work product.

Some travel may be required.
This position is hybrid, providing flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience or no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience. Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records required. Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred. Travel required.
