Associate Attorney – Pillinger Miller Tarallo, LLP – 555 Taxter Road, 5th Floor, Elmsford, NY 10523. Multiple positions available.

Salary range: $95,222 - $150,000

DUTIES: Conducts legal analysis of liability, pleadings, discovery, witness testimony, and medical records. Assists with drafting legal documents including Email Case Report. Conducts legal research as necessary for evaluation of claims.Partners with other attorneys and legal staff regarding general legal research, drafting documentation, and maintaining client relationships. Works and manages files and drafts. Follows procedures related to compliance reporting. Creates correspondence and effectively presents information to the team. Responds to inquiries from internal departments and clientele.

REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited school required. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Must have legal authority to work in the U.S. EEOE.
