Business Systems Manager*
General Purpose of the job: *

SHINE Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to plan, coordinate, and work with employees at various levels and functions in the Company to implement and administer a new ERP system. The Business Systems Manager is responsible to develop effective internal controls and processes, and lead process improvement projects. Must have a strong understanding of enterprise resource planning, reporting requirements, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implement and manage the installation of a new ERP system
• Work with various teams including Finance, Engineering, and Operations to create efficient systems for purchasing workflows, inventory, and manufacturing
• Bill of Material management
• Assist with development and execution of inventory policies
• Pioneer, lead, and follow in matters related to cross-functional process improvements and projects
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors to maintain and enhance business systems
• Generate and manage quality control reports, management reports, status reports & Other KPIs for department leaders
• Create and execute ERP and Wrike integration vision
• Support new employee and ongoing training needs for business systems as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 5 years of purchasing and production planning experience in a highly technical industry preferred
• NetSuite experience or ERP superuser in a prior role
• Self-motivated, determined, and confident
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet assigned deadlines
• Keen interest in financial systems and strong IT skills
• Experience with complex Excel functionality
