Shimmick is seeking a highly talented Quality Analyst for the Good to Go! Project in Renton, WA.

This position reports directly to the Quality Manager and is responsible for assisting the Quality Manager and the project team in the design and implementation of the Quality Management Plan. This position is 100% dedicated to the Quality Management for the operations of the program. Specific responsibilities include supporting the Quality Manager by reviewing, evaluating, and reporting of operations results relative to overall and individual performance to established standards; conducting process reviews and analyzing metrics that identify areas of improvement; and developing process improvements.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assists to establish and maintain the operations formal Quality Program and Plan 

  • Conducts Quality activities for all functional areas of the Customer Service Center. 

  • Assists to review and update the Standard Operating Procedures. 

  • Developing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects and varying size. 

  • Performing testing on various software, telecom, and reporting systems. 

  • Validating that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. 

  • Reviewing user requirements documents to make certain that requirements are testable.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Certificate required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience preferred. 
  • Strong process, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to operational excellence 
  • Clear communication (written and verbal) 
  • Creative solving of technical problems 
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables.
