Role: Communications Specialist

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: 62,000-68,000/Year
Our client is seeking a Communications Specialist to join as a key member of their growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
•Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrate with Company's priorities and mission.
•Assist multiple users with presentation documents, disseminate information, and utilize various mediums such as photos and videos.
•Work closely with senior executives, board of directors, internal managers, and directors to establish organizational messages and keep team members informed of project developments.
•Manage the flow of communications across multiple time-zones, all while prioritizing timeliness and accuracy.
•Participate in the writing and editing of communication materials, reports, correspondence, and memos.
Requirements:
Experience in - 4 years experience in communications strategy development

o Experience working with C- Suites
Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite, Sharepoint, Costpoint, Adobe
Soft Skills - Excellent Communication Skills, Time Management Skills, Attention to Detail, Organized
Education - Bachelors Degree Required
