About Us:
Fresh Films (formerly Dreaming Tree Foundation) creates Emmy-nominated films, TV shows and documentaries while training future filmmakers in all aspects of film. Our year-round program and on-set experiences (like Filmmakers Lab with Reese Witherspoon) offer participants the opportunity to gain skills, confidence, and connections to become a pipeline of diverse media-makers and storytellers for rapidly growing high-wage careers.
We engage youth and young adults around the country at 34 national sites in building skills and connections to access growing high-wage jobs in film and media. Our programs impact youth and build a pipeline of diverse talent!
Job Summary:
This position is HANDS-ON. You will execute marketing that:
Youll develop and deliver comms and marketing across multiple marketing tactics both regionally and nationally to support the above. Youll communicate to a range of audiences, including multicultural teens and young adults, educators, donors, and industry partners, and work across multiple marketing channels and tactics (digital, earned and paid media, social, email, web, print, in-school, etc.) As part of the role, youll also manage the website, support the development of brand assets, and support program research and metrics. Youll also supervise a marketing coordinator and intern and engage with marketing vendors.
