Warehouse Worker - Shipping Dept.

Shepherd Electric Supply, a leading Wholesale Distributor since 1892, headquartered in Baltimore, is seeking a dependable, Warehouse Worker to join our Warehouse team in our new Laurel facility.

Position Summary: The Warehouse Worker in our Laurel location plays a critical role in our company. You will join a team of experienced peers, while performing a variety of functions within our multiple warehouses in Rosedale. The essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on business needs.

Essential Functions:

• General Shipping and Receiving experience preferred, 3 years experience minimum
• Must be proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Office tools.
• Forklift experience (Stand up and Sit down) mandatory
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 80 lbs.
• A valid drivers license
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
