As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will perform a wide variety of receivables and collections functions including but not limited to managing collections for our largest C&I customers, cash posting, reconciling, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily Collections for largest C&I customers
• Manage collections for all C&I accounts
• Cash posting and reconciliation as needed
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Research and respond to client inquiries
• Answer inquiries both internal and external regarding payments and balances
• Work with the Customer Operations Department to resolves customer billing problems to reduce accounts receivable delinquency in a timely manner
• Interact with internal departments and customers to answer questions and resolve issues
• Cross–train on a variety of accounts receivable functions
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High School diploma required; some college preferred
• 3 years in Accounts Receivable or Customer Service role
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organization and time management skills, with the ability to maintain a strict level of diligence
• Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate a personal stake in team goals and objectives
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
• Initiative-taking with the desire to consistently improve performance and gain further knowledge
• Ability to meet deadlines, learn quickly and demonstrate effective problem solving and follow-up skills
