Who is this job for?
This position is for web designers with 2 years of work experience designing mockups and prototypes for the overall layout and aesthetic of websites and web apps. You must understand user experience and be able to design and build websites that are easy to use and adhere to design and accessibility standards on all devices.
You should live in Northwest Arkansas if you desire flexible work (choosing days between the Fayetteville, Arkansas office and working remotely).

Position Summary
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: $45k
- Location: Virtual/Remote OR Fayetteville, Arkansas (Flexible office & remote days available)
Sharp Hue is looking for full-time Web Designers to join our team. We design custom websites and software user interfaces for businesses of all sizes. Your role will be to design mockups and prototypes and build WordPress sites. You will also support website maintenance tickets and design graphics and illustrations for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns. As you grow in the role, you will engage with clients to present your concepts. You will work with a talented, small team of designers to complete projects for our clients and some of Sharp Hue's marketing and promotion needs. Your work at Sharp Hue is rewarding, especially when we succeed alongside our clients.
