Sharp Electronics Corp. is Hiring a Network Administrator Near Indianapolis, IN
Overview
Responsible for on-site post-sale installing, maintaining and repairing of company products and systems. Additionally assists branch employees with IT related issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintains company PC, laptops, networks and occasionally travels to outside offices
- Evaluates and resolves tickets from customers experiencing problems with MFP’s, hardware, software, networking, and other computer related technologies
- Responsible for printer support
- Maintains in house A/V system including repair, installation and support as needed
- Responds to any IT related issues local branch employees may have and maintains branch telephone system
- Responsible for network set up, repair and maintenance on MFP devices on demo floors
Qualifications
- 3 or more years experience as a network administrator or similar capacity
- 4 year college degree or similar technical education preferred.
- A , Net Certification required
- Ability to utilize diagnostic tools, service aids, and other product information to resolve Equipment failures.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Superb analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in customer service and support
- Proficiency in a wide variety of software and programming languages
