 Key areas

• Grow sales and gross profit
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Recruit, maintain, manage and train the sales staff
• Conduct regular sales training meetings
• Monitor & manage the sales staff’s activities
• Maintain a well-balanced showroom
• Work hand in hand with other departments for the benefit of the company
• Maintain inventory of new & used vehicles that match our customers’ needs
• Develop, implement & monitor the use of a prospecting program
• Maintain standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers
• Assist in the development of advertising campaigns & other promotions
• Ensure the showroom & sales offices promote a professional environment
• Develop, utilize & maintain guidelines for operation

 Requirements

• 2 years automotive management or assistant management experience
• Finance experience is a PLUS!
• Excellent communication & managerial skills
• Strong customer focus including negotiation & de-escalation skills
• Must be a Decision Maker
• Able to make a plan & institute it
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
